Tracy was & still is a diva. Maintaining being a mother of 3, scholar & RN, she was the light that brightened up a room, life of the party if you will. Unfortunately her life was cut short by murder-suicide/gun violence.

October is Domestic Awareness Month & though still in spirit, to keep her name alive along with spreading awareness on Domestic Violence, Tracy’s Legacy was born.

    • “A Love Letter To: You” an art exhibition in collaboration with Melody Skates 2nd Annual Skate Meet Up Fundraiser for Domestic Violence Awareness Month

    • “Plates With A Purpose” fundraising event in collaboration with Majic Jerk Fire, The Bodega Lounge & Melody Skates Fundraiser

    • Raising $5,600+ for the Anti Violence Project & North Brooklyn Coalition Against Family Violence alongside Melody Skates fundraiser

    • Flower Arrangement Workshop in partnership with re·florish, raising $2,300 donating all proceeds to WARMNYC

    • #TracysLegacy21 challenge was created to inspire individuals to express themselves through the color purple, providing a creative avenue to address the issue of Domestic Violence

    • Tracy’s Legacy Scholarship for the Class of 2020 at Sewanhaka High School, granting 3 recipients with a $1,000 scholarship

    • “Healthy Me, Healthy We: Building A Healthy Relationship With Yourself” workshop at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in partnership with NYC Mayor’s Office To End Domestic & Gender-Biased Violence. Created to aide young adults who have experienced trauma & or are focused on creating healthy relationships with themselves

    • Tracy’s Legacy Clothing Drive, collecting clothes/linens donations to help & support victims of Domestic Violence

    • Tracy’s Legacy joined the 10th Annual “Walk With Me UB” at the University of Buffalo. Tracy’s Legacy received #1 for the top team with the most supporters
